The immediate goal of ecological evaluation of the catchment area of Klenovec is to maintain the chemical and biological properties of water and to reduce mechanical pollution (fouling) of the reservoir, ensuring, at the same time, the economic development of the territory by intensifying agricultural (especially animal) production, the development of forest management and also recreation.
