In many regions, restoration and conservation of landscapes are impossible without an in-depth look at the scale and results of human activities on their territory. The proposed method of economic impact assessment in landscapes includes the assessments of various economic impact types and integral economic impact assessment. Mark assessment and factor analysis is used for determination of the economic impact level. Economic impact typology is based on the results of the factor analysis. The upper Oka basin is regionalized according to the developed typology. The maps of the integral economic impact levels on the natural complexes in the upper Oka basin and of the region types different in character and level of economic impact are made. The obtained results can be used for the landscape planning, environmental expert rating and determination of the permissible level of the economic impact on the landscapes. -Author
