Slovakia passes through the reform of production sphere, in intentions of inexorable fight of economic subjects at the global market. On one hand there is a surplus of building funds and on the other hand the need of new investments into construction of the so called industrial parks under the influence of expansion of foreign capital. It is a seeming paradox phenomenon. At present the term of industrial park became very frequent also in Slovakia and it is pleasing that the so called new economy knowledge and information one which maximally reflects the production and use of computer technology, even though slowly, but begins to develope. It is necessary to seek the meaning of the rank and construction of industrial parks including "philanthropic" approach in architecture modeling by man and for man, as aconsequence of the so called "new production code" which is information. The industrial parks except of economical and social indices are also the result of "purification" of industry from negative view with emphasis on environment quality. The model of sequence of industrial activity (production man environment) is inverted. It can be considered the largest contribution of industrial parks.
